Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right ✨
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Important Conditions
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if sufficient proof of damage is not provided
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including damaged items
- Approved claims are eligible for replacement only, not monetary reimbursement
